I live these boots! They are soft and comfortable and so cute. Unfortunately, they run small so I looked into exchanging them but I’m discouraged because the return policy seems very limited and complicated. I’m going to gift them to my sister who has a bit of a smaller foot and consider purchasing another pair but I might check somewhere where the return policy is a little easier

These are not wide width or even normal width. When I pulled them out of the box I could tell they looked smaller than a size 8 and looked tight. Put them on and I couldn’t even get my foot in the boot. I wore them hoping they would stretch out and my feet hurt and tingled. Not impressed.

The chocolate looking materials are beautiful and the calf is very comfortable and stays put. I wear a size 10 shoes and boots and while the wide calf is perfect, the foot bed is smaller than a normal 10 shoe and presses in the top of my foot. I’m hoping it will stretch and not be too uncomfortable but will size up if I order again.
