See below for some of our frequently asked questions! If there is still something that has not been answered, send us an email and we will get you the information!

How do I preauthorize?

We currently do not have a preauthorize option. You can wishlist your favorites by swiping left on the item in your cart and pressing the heart!

Or there is a little arrow next to the title of the product once you have selected one (really small), click that and it will take you directly to the item and you can “wishlist” or “heart” it from there! 

Need to change your chat name?

There is a small paper and pencil icon in the chat box. Click this icon to update your user name!

Item not adding to your cart?

This item may be sold out. We are working on a fix for this!

Trouble logging in on the app?

Did you make an account on the website? If not, go to and create an account on the web using the email you used for our old system. Then you should be able to log into the app and have all your history! You can also click 'Create Account' under the 'Account' tab on the app. 

Made too many accounts? Forgot your password?

Email us! We can merge these for you and reset your password.

Android screen problems

This is also being worked on! We know there is an Android glitch but we are hoping these things are fixed very soon! For now, shop the website!

Had a pending credit in the old app?

Email us! We can issue a gift card for the website/the new app!

What is the protection plan?

If you think you may need to return a product, the protection plan will help you get a return label at the low cost of the protection plan!

You can't find Sezzle?

Look under alternate payment methods! There should be a bunch of options!

No cart times?

We currently can not implement cart timers. We are working on this. 

Play with the new app! You won't break it! If you get stuck, email customer service!

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and ship. Times may increase during sales and holidays.


Macoma Boutique gladly accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective items for a store credit or Macoma Boutique gift card depending on where you made your purchase. Items purchased on , Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok are eligible for a refund or a store gift card. Items purchased on our mobile app will receive an store credit.
