Welcome to our new and improved app and streaming platform!🩷

See below for some frequently asked questions and inquiries. If you still have a question that goes unanswered, send us an email at or chat into our chat section and we will help you the best we can.

Something seems to be glitching?

  • When in doubt, hard swipe out. Always hard close your app and go back in. 

Comments are taking up too much of the screen.

  • Our team is working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Can I hide my chat?

  • We currently cannot hide or swipe away the chats.

Why can’t I type anymore in the chat box?

  • At the moment you can only type 120 characters per chat. We are working on a fix for this as well.

Can I reply to other comments?

  • You can no longer directly reply to someone else’s comment unless the person is a moderator for the live.

How do I preauthorize?

  • We currently no longer have a preauthorization option. For the meantime, you can add an item to your “wishlist” by pressing the “heart” button.
  • When your size is sold out, you will see an option that says “Notify me when available”. This will send you a notification if/when the item is back in stock in your desired size.

Needing to change your chat name?

  • If you haven’t done so already, when you open a live a little box will pop up prompting you to change your name. If that option doesn’t pop up for you, you can click the little paper and pencil option right above your chat tab. Make sure you click “save”.
  • We ask that you use first and last name so we know exactly who is chatting with us. If numbers pop up after your username, that means the username is taken (this typically only happens with super common names). 

Are there cart times?

  • We currently cannot implement cart times.

Having troubles with the screen and you have an Android?

  • Our team is working as hard and quickly as possible to resolve any Android issues you may be having.

Had a pending credit on your CommentSold account?

We understand there is a lot to learn and it can feel overwhelming at first. Just remember, as you are learning this new platform, so are we! We’re in this together. We feel hopeful that the more you play around with the app, the more you are going to love it. Items purchased on , Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok are eligible for a refund or a store gift card. Items purchased on our mobile app will receive an store credit.
